Overview

There are many definitions for "Knowledge Management" (KM) and many vendors claim their products are KM tools. At the Simpson Neely Group, we like to think of KM as getting the right information to the right person at the right time. Intranets and Intranet portals are the driving technology used to pull all resources together into a cohesive solution that can be accessed by the legal department and their clients, as appropriate.
